Sell tickets as "the new haunted mansion". Make it a one night only event,(or however long your stay is) sell non refundable tickets, and sneak out of the hotel so security can't ask "funny questions."

That sounds like a good idea and, as such, I'm sure they'll find a way to sue you over it.
You could probably just offer to get the ghost a room over in the real haunted mansion. I hear they have room for one more.
